A Letter from the President, Adam Miller

Adam MillerBy Adam Miller, President, OPGA

What a quick couple of first months it's been. Since assuming the role of President of OPGA officially on August 1, I have been hard at work learning and meeting as many OPGA members, supplier partners, and stakeholders in our profession as I can. After logging thousands of miles via plane, trains, and automobiles, mixed with dozens of virtual calls, one thing has become very apparent to me already: the O&P profession is just as tight knit and unified in our attempt to put the patient first as I was told.

Having just returned from AOPA, I come back even more energized and determined that OPGA will continue to help you, an independent O&P practitioner, succeed in running the best business you can. To many, that will mean providing savings and solutions from our supplier partners to help you do what you do best more efficiently and at less cost. To others, it will mean assistance and support with educational needs, or maybe from an advocacy standpoint.

Whatever you look to OPGA for help with, we are here and we are listening. Be on the lookout for our first annual OPGA member engagement survey and please take a few minutes to complete it. This will help us immensely as I look to shape the future of OPGA and how we can adapt how to best suit YOUR needs.

Thank you again so much for the warm welcome that so many of you have already shown me. There are big things in store for OPGA, and I can’t wait to connect with more of you as we embark on this ride together.
