Happy New Year from all of us at OPGA. I hope the holiday season was as great for everyone as it was for us here in Iowa.

As I look back on 2023, I can't help but reflect on how quickly it seemed to go. 2023 was my first full year with OPGA and was jam packed full of learning, attending events, and meeting so many great members, supplier partners, and stakeholders. Thank you so much for the warm welcome and all the help, feedback, and knowledge over the last year. I was able to learn a lot about the things you value in your OPGA membership, the things you want more of and continue to strive for, and OPGA hopes to act on that feedback. To that end, you will be seeing an email coming in the next couple of months to participate in this year’s OPGA engagement survey. Your feedback is critical to us to make sure we continue to drive our mission of providing you with the resources you need to succeed.

The first quarter also sees OPGA continuing to be busy with this year’s request for submissions for our Russell Walker CP, LP Emerging Leader Grant and the Todd Eagen Advocacy in Action Memorial Grant, so please be on the lookout and consider nominating someone deserving of one of these two impactful grants. Additionally, there will be several opportunities for expanded educational opportunities in the form of additional certified courses and innovative and exciting product showcases from current and new supplier partners.

OPGA will continue to listen to you and provide savings and solutions to help your clinic succeed.

As always, thank you for all you do for your patients and our profession.
