Dear U.S. Rehab Members,

We hope this message finds you well. As your dedicated team, we want to update you on the diligent efforts we're making on your behalf, and on behalf of our valued provider/member partners and manufacturers.

Amidst the bustling activity in Washington D.C., our commitment to advocacy and progress remains steadfast. Here's a brief overview of our current initiatives:

  1. Seat Elevation Initiative: In collaboration with NCART, we're continuing our campaign for seat elevation systems, advocating for better reimbursement rates to enhance accessibility for those who need it most.
  2. Carbon/Titanium Upgrade Legislation: Together with NCART and AAHomecare, we're pushing forward with the titanium and carbon upgrade legislation. Exciting developments are on the horizon, including upcoming fly-in efforts that promise to amplify our collective voice.
  3. Standing Coverage for Power Wheelchairs: Building on the momentum of our seat elevation framework, we're now championing a similar approach to secure coverage for standing features in power wheelchairs, aiming to empower greater independence for users.
  4. Right to Repair Advocacy: At the state level, we remain proactive in addressing right to repair issues. By aligning with providers, manufacturers, and consumer groups, we're working towards equitable solutions that respect the interests of all parties involved.

Your support fuels our mission, and together, we're making strides towards a more inclusive and supportive environment for all our members. Stay tuned for more detailed updates, and as always, thank you for being a part of our community.
