U.S. Rehab Continues Helping Members During COVID-19

Published in Complex Rehab on April 01, 2020

Our team here at U.S. Rehab is working hard everyday to meet the needs of our membership. We are fielding calls, emails, and reaching out to our valued members and manufacturer partners to see how we can help. If there’s a problem that you’re experiencing, we want to hear from you, whether it’s access to the VA or a rehab facility, concerns about getting paid for your services, telehealth concerns, etc. Please reach out and let us know at info@usrehab.com.

VGM has many resources available to our members, including SBA COVID-19 information, billing and reimbursement FAQs, HME supplier’s PPE requirements, congressional efforts, and many more. These resources are updated and added to daily at vgm.com/coronavirus. VGM, NCART, NRRTS, and the ITEM Coalition are all working hand in hand to make sure that we have the latest information and are responding to questions accurately.

Education is also now more important than ever. Most accrediting bodies require regular courses for your staff. VGM Education has added several courses to their learning management system. One of those requirements is typically an infection control course, which would cover the strict policies to prevent infectious diseases from being transmitted by bodily fluids according to the CDC and OSHA guidelines for the HME industry. All other courses can be found here.

Please reach out to U.S. Rehab for any questions at (800) 984-7342 or info@usrehab.com.
