- Breast cancer types, stages, and surgeries
- Breast physiology and pathophysiology
- Measuring for fitting
- Selecting product
- Fitting room etiquette
- Regulatory and ethical considerations for patient management
- Building a lasting relationship with your patients
- Basic marketing
- Live, hands-on fitting demonstration
Uncertified individuals are eligible to sit for the ABCOP and/or BOC mastectomy fitter certification exams after completion of this course. Click here to view the full list of ABCOP eligibility prerequisites. Click here to view the full list of BOC eligibility prerequisites. ABCOP certificants are eligible to receive: 7.00 (S) and 1.00 (B) Cat II Credits. BOC certificants are eligible to receive: 7.25 (S) and 1.75 (B) CEUs. (CEU information is subject to change without notification.)
